Shankar is an established Corporate Trainer and Executive Leadership Coach. Some of his clients include Petronas, Media Prima, TV3, NSTP, CIMB Group, Siemens, Taylors University, Sunway Properties, Dutch Lady, Etika etc.
Aside from corporate training, Shankar works with NGOs on youth empowerment & development projects. He has worked with the CIMB Foundation, YTL Foundation, Yayasan Sime Darby & the Rotary Education Fund since 2009 to train over 500 students.
Shankar Santhiram is also a regular contributor on BFM89.9 – The Business Station, Malayisa’s only 24 hour business radio station.
He has a weekly column every Friday in the Business Times, NST and has a monthly segment on V'Buzz, Astro Channel 231.
